Welcome to Inner Balance Therapy
My name is Hannah, and I am a therapist who is passionate about helping individuals 18+ experiencing anxiety, stress, and trauma learn how to heal the parts of themselves that are preventing them from living the life they want. My primary focus is to provide a genuine and safe presence while exploring what is getting in the way of achieving your goals and living the life you imagine.
The majority of my practice focuses on helping those who are:
Struggling to set boundaries, often saying “yes” when they really want to say “no”
Indecisive and overthinking everything
People-pleasing, avoiding conflict, and staying silent to keep the peace
Striving for perfection and feeling overwhelmed in the process
Tired of feeling burnt out and putting everyone else’s needs in front of their own
Wanting to work through the past and be able to move forward in their life with less anxiety.
